These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wallfinity regarding your use of our mobile application that provides HD and 4K live wallpapers and related features (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old or have verifiable parental/guardian consent to use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and set wallpapers on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from the App or any content available in it.
All wallpapers, graphics, text, trademarks, and other materials in the App are owned by Wallfinity. The App does not support user-generated content uploads. You may apply wallpapers for personal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.
The App does not require you to register or create an account. On your first request to our servers, our backend creates a soft device profile (an ID and secure token) to enable secure communication, caching, and personalization. We do not identify you personally from this information. The App does not allow users to upload content.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or screen size.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallfinity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
